The Builder Behind the Build
Construct Build Co is McCord Parry.
Twenty-five years in residential construction, and he started with his hands. Out of high school, his father sent him to learn a trade before he’d take him on — so he went into the field and worked up to a residential journeyman electrician until 2005.
He joined Michael D. Parry Construction that year as a superintendent, worked up to project manager, and was named Vice President in 2012. In 2018 he left for Davies Design Build, rising from construction manager to Director of Engineering and writing the field standards he still builds by today.
Construct Build Co is his own. Built from the ground up, the same way he learned it.
He runs three projects at a time. Not three divisions, not three crews — three homes, in Alpine, Highland, and across northern Utah County. On every one, the person who prices your project is the person on site, on the phone with your architect, and at the final walkthrough. There is no layer between you and the build.

You deal directly with the builder. No account managers, no handoffs, no one translating your vision through layers.
